Working from an existential perspective, I incorporate aspects of Narrative, Gestalt, and Cognitive Behavioral modalities, among others, into my practice to try and create a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to heal. From our first session to our last, we will work collaboratively with each other to find the best method to help you as an individual. 

DECIDING IF I AM THE RIGHT THERAPIST FOR YOU

Deciding on a therapist can be a difficult decision. You want to get help as quickly as possible, but also want to make sure that you mesh well with the provider. Additionally, many have limited resources, and don't want to spend money on a session to find out their chosen counsellor isn't a good fit. To help you decide if I am the right counsellor for you, I offer a free 30 minute introduction session completed over the phone.
